We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and we understand that things won’t always work out.  LittleCB eBoutique would be happy to offer you a full refund or exchange/credit, on any regular priced merchandise, within 7 days!  We are always receiving new items so you are more than welcome to save your credit for a later date.  Unfortunately, shipping will not be refunded and you will be responsible for sending the item back to us. 

Please contact us (returns@littlecb.ca) for a Return Authorization number (RA#) in order to send back your items.  This number must be written on the outside of the box or it will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.

Items must be in original condition, tags attached (where applies), unworn and unused.  If item is not found to be in original condition, it will be sent back at the customer’s expense and will not be refunded.
